Our goods ship from Canada and the US. We ship via Canada Post and USPS. Customers are responsible for customs charges which may be applied on international orders. 

Please ensure to include the apartment or unit number if associated with your address.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Priority (2-4 business days)

Xpresspost (2-4 business days)

Expedited Parcel (2-8 business days)

Shipping is free on orders over $100

USA:

US AIR (5-8 business days)

Tracked Packet (8-17 business days)

Shipping is free on orders over $100

INTERNATIONAL:

Calculated at Checkout

Shipping is free on orders over $175

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays.

LOST PACKAGE

If a package gets lost in transit, please reach out to us on our CONTACT/FAQ page. We will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible for packages. 

We are not responsible for return shipping if incorrect shipping information is provided. Please ensure to include your full address at checkout. Please be sure to include apartment numbers and correct postal code. (i.e. ADDRESS LINE 1: Street Address, P.O. Box, Company name, C/O; ADDRESS LINE 2: Apartment no., C/O addresses, floor level, Att., PO box, etc)


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

We offer one free exchange* for orders within Canada and the US. 

We will be happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days.

  • 30 days, exchanges or store credit only
  • After 30 days, no returns or exchanges - sorry!  

KEENER cannot offer refunds at the moment.  

Please Note:

Items must be in new condition. Signs of wear, damage or alteration to the original product will not be accepted for an exchange. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The items must also be in original packaging with original tags attached. KEENER LIFESTYLE & APPAREL INC. reserves the right to refuse any refunds exchanges that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to the sender.  

Washed merchandise will void the exchange policy. 

Exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt. For all exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at keenerworld.com and at KEENER LIFESTYLE & APPAREL operated stores.

*KEENER offers one free exchange to orders that have been shipped within Canada and the US. Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to an $8.00 return fee.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to CONTACT/FAQ

2. Write "EXCHANGE REQUEST" first, at top of the comments section. 

3. Include your reason for the exchange.

4. Upon review KEENER will send you a shipping label to ship back the item.

5. After receiving the original purchased item/s, we review and confirm the condition of the merchandise and exchange request.

6. Keener will ship you the item requested for exchange.

SHIPPING FAQs:

    I received my order but there is a defect

    Please contact us at CONTACT/FAQ, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to provide brief description, and the KEENER team will respond as soon as possible.

    Washed merchandise will void the possibility of exchange. 

    I received my order but I didn’t get the right items?

    Please contact us at CONTACT/FAQ, within 5 days of receipt, and we will look into this for you.
